A Taste of Provence Comes to Olalla: Meet Yves Terrillon, Chef des Fleurs

The Olalla Lavender Festival is delighted to welcome Chef des Fleurs Yves Terrillon as its 2026 Culinary Ambassador.

This special collaboration continues to strengthen our friendship with our sister lavender festivals in Grasse and Valensole, Provence, France, bringing a touch of authentic Provence to Olalla.

As part of this year's festival, every paying visitor will receive complimentary access to an exclusive digital edition of Chef des Fleurs Yves Terrillon's lavender recipe booklet, created especially for the Olalla Lavender Festival.

Known as France's "Chef des Fleurs" ("Chef of Flowers"), Yves Terrillon has dedicated his culinary career to showcasing edible flowers and the authentic flavors of Provence. This is just the beginning of an exciting partnership, and we're already looking forward to welcoming Chef des Fleurs Yves Terrillon to Olalla in person in 2027.
